A Personal, Natural Approach to Healing

Located in the peaceful rural setting of Snake Valley, just 20 minutes from Ballarat, my home-based practice will offer a welcoming, supportive space where you can truly unwind. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birds, enjoy the affectionate company of our friendly dogs, or simply wander through the serene acreage. My goal is simple: to help you pause, refill your cup and replenish your spirit.


Healing doesn’t always have to happen within four walls or through a screen. True healing happens when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. Whether it’s a quiet walk in nature, a chat over coffee at a café or a tranquil spot like my property in Snake Valley or the beautiful surrounds of the Ballarat Botanical Gardens—my goal is to create a space where you feel at ease, truly heard, and supported on your journey.

Holistic Support Options

In-Person Sessions at Snake Valley

Sessions are held in a private and calming space within my home-based practice in Snake Valley—your own little sanctuary to pause, breathe, and reconnect.


Weather permitting, we can also take our session outdoors. Whether it's sitting on the veranda overlooking the property or at the picnic table under a shady tree by the dam, nature offers a peaceful backdrop for reflection and healing.


Each session is yours to shape. From gentle talk therapy to mindfulness, guided meditation, visualisation, or using tarot as a tool for self-awareness, we’ll explore whatever feels most supportive on the day. There’s no rush, no judgment—just a nurturing environment where you can feel safe, seen, and truly supported.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy is a gentle, grounded approach to counselling that takes our conversations outdoors. Moving through nature side-by-side can make it easier to open up, helping thoughts and feelings flow more naturally. Whether we stroll along a trail, through a garden, or simply enjoy fresh air and birdsong, this therapy style blends the benefits of movement, connection, and nature to support your mental and emotional well-being. 

Coffee and Chat Sessions

Coffee and Chat Sessions offer a relaxed, informal way to connect and talk through what’s on your mind. Whether we meet at a quiet café or sit outdoors in a peaceful spot, these sessions create a sense of ease and comfort—like chatting with a trusted friend. This approach helps you feel safe, supported, and truly heard, while we explore what matters most to you in a calm and grounded setting. 

Tarot for Self Awareness

Explore your inner landscape through intuitive reflection

This session is a gentle, supportive journey through the Tarot as a tool for personal insight. We are not predicting the future or reading your fate—this is not psychic work. Instead, we use the rich symbolism of the Tarot to help you reflect on what’s currently unfolding in your life.

Together, we’ll walk through each card drawn and explore how it might relate to your present experiences, thoughts, or feelings. You’ll be encouraged to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and journal your impressions, with space to discuss anything that arises. I’ll also provide beautiful, easy-to-understand resource sheets to help you develop your own connection to the cards.

You don’t need to know anything about Tarot to benefit from this session. It’s a powerful practice for self-awareness, emotional clarity, and personal growth.

Each session includes a gift pack with a custom journal and pen, crystal set with meaning card, affirmation card, and your resource sheets – all beautifully packaged in a Kraft bag to support your ongoing reflection at home.

Virtual Meetings

 While I believe the most meaningful healing often happens face-to-face, I understand that life can be busy or that distance can get in the way. That’s why I’m also happy to offer virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams—so you can still access support and connection from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are. 

Your Wellness, Your Way

Whether it’s a peaceful in-person session in Snake Valley, a walk in nature, a coffee and chat, or time spent in mindfulness, meditation, or tarot for self-awareness—your sessions are tailored to what feels right for you.


 I do recommend starting with a face-to-face session at Snake Valley* to connect in person. 

From there, we’ll shape your journey together—mixing things up to suit your needs and comfort. 


* If an in-person session at Snake Valley is not possible, feel free to give me a call or send me an email and we can discuss your requirements.
