Your Wellness, Your Way

Every session is designed to feel calm, supportive, and never rushed. I intentionally keep my practice small so I can show up with full presence, energy, and empathy.
Together, we work at your pace with space to breathe, reflect, and feel heard. 


Holistic Counselling Sessions


  • In-Person Sessions
    Held in my private, peaceful space in Snake Valley or outdoors on the property (weather permitting). Sessions may include talk therapy, mindfulness, guided visualisation, or Qigong. You choose what feels supportive or we let the session unfold naturally.
     
  • Balanced Chat and Walk
    Moving through nature side-by-side can make it easier to open up, helping thoughts and feelings flow more naturally. Whether we stroll along a quiet trail or grab a coffee before meandering through the Ballarat Botanical Gardens, this session offers the freedom to split our time between walking and sitting. Whatever feels right for your body and mind.
     
  • Virtual Counselling (Telehealth)
    Offered as part of a small, intentional practice and ideal for women in regional or remote areas, virtual counselling offers the same calm, supportive, unhurried sessions via secure video, allowing you to connect from home while still receiving personalised, embodied support.

  • Coffee and Chat
    A shorter relaxed check-in for existing clients. Perfect for reflection, clarity, grounding or general wellness support. 

               

Something Different


  • Tarot for Self-Awareness
    Tarot in these sessions is used as a reflective and intuitive tool - not to predict the future, but to support insight, emotional awareness, and self-connection.
    Each card invites curiosity and conversation, allowing you to explore what is present for you right now and what may be ready to shift, grow, or be released.

Session Investment

New Clients

  • Connection Call: Free
  • Welcome Session (Intake Appointment): $100

Existing Clients

  • Standard Appointment (In-Person at Snake Valley, Virtual or Walk and Talk): $80
  • Tarot for Self Awareness: $80
  • Coffee and Chat (approx 30min): $30


Multi-Session Support Option

  • 3 Sessions for $200 (savings of $40)


For clients who have attended a Welcome Session and feel called to continue, I currently offer a small multi-session option to support gentle momentum and ongoing care.

This option is suitable for any combination of eligible sessions (excluding 30-minute Coffee & Chat).

Note: Sessions are to be used within 6 months of purchase.

No Rushed Sessions - Ever

You won’t find rigid back-to-back appointments here, and that’s by design. My priority is offering unrushed, fully present care. If a session naturally needs a little more time, that space is honoured, because your wellbeing deserves attention, not a ticking clock. 


To support this level of care, I work with a maximum of five clients per week. This allows me to show up grounded, focused, and genuinely present - every time. 


Session Availability

Appointments are currently offered at the following times:

  • 10:00am - Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
     
  • 2:00pm - Wednesday & Friday
     

If these times don’t suit you, you’re very welcome to get in touch and we can explore alternative options together.


How to Book

Your first session is held either in Snake Valley or virtually, providing a supportive space for us to connect, explore what’s bringing you here, and decide what feels most helpful moving forward.


Once we’ve worked together, Walk & Talk sessions and Tarot for Self-Awareness are available as ongoing session options.
