 A 4-session reflective experience 


A space to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself in a way that goes deeper than a single conversation. 


The Balanced Path is designed for women navigating life transitions who are ready to look a little more honestly at where they are..and where they want to be.


This isn’t about quick fixes.
And it’s not about doing everything perfectly.

It’s about building awareness, recognising patterns, 

and creating space for real, lasting change -  over time.


Across four sessions, you’ll be supported to slow down, reflect, and begin to move forward in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

A Personal Grounded Approach

Balanced Life Women’s Wellness offers a natural, down-to-earth space where women can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves - without needing to be perfect.


Located in the peaceful countryside of Snake Valley, near Ballarat, this is a place to step away from the noise of everyday life and take a breath. 


Sessions may include conversation, reflective journaling, mindful practices such as Qi Gong, and tools like Tarot for self-awareness - all designed to help you explore what's really going on beneath the surface.


You don’t need to be in crisis to seek support. 

Many women arrive simply knowing something feels off..or that they're ready for something to change. 

 

This is a space where you can be honest about where you’re at - 

and begin to see yourself more clearly.


This is where things start to shift -
and you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust. 

You don't have to arrive with answers. You simply bring your own story.
