Located in the peaceful rural setting of Snake Valley, just 20 minutes from Ballarat, my home-based practice will offer a welcoming, supportive space where you can truly unwind. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birds, enjoy the affectionate company of our friendly dogs, or simply wander through the serene acreage. My goal is simple: to help you pause, refill your cup and replenish your spirit.
Healing doesn’t always have to happen within four walls or through a screen. True healing happens when you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. Whether it’s a quiet walk in nature, a chat over coffee at a café or a tranquil spot like my property in Snake Valley or the beautiful surrounds of the Ballarat Botanical Gardens—my goal is to create a space where you feel at ease, truly heard, and supported on your journey.
Held in a private, calming space within my home-based practice, or outdoors on the property (weather permitting). These sessions can incorporate talk therapy, mindfulness, guided visualisation, breathwork or Qigong- whatever feels most supportive for you on the day.
Walk and Talk Therapy is a gentle, grounded approach to counselling that takes our conversations outdoors. Moving through nature side-by-side can make it easier to open up, helping thoughts and feelings flow more naturally. Whether we stroll along a trail, through a garden, or simply enjoy fresh air and birdsong, this therapy style blends the benefits of movement, connection, and nature to support your mental and emotional well-being.
Coffee and Chat Sessions offer a relaxed, informal way to connect and talk through what’s on your mind. Whether we meet at a quiet café or sit outdoors in a peaceful spot, these sessions create a sense of ease and comfort—like chatting with a trusted friend. This approach helps you feel safe, supported, and truly heard, while we explore what matters most to you in a calm and grounded setting.

Use tarot as a reflective tool to explore your inner landscape. This is a guided, supportive session to help you gain personal insight—no fortune-telling involved.
You don’t need to know anything about Tarot to benefit from this session. It’s a powerful practice for self-awareness, emotional clarity, and personal growth.
Each session includes a Signature Gift Bag carefully crafted to support your ongoing reflection at home.
While I believe the most meaningful healing often happens face-to-face, I understand that life can be busy or that distance can get in the way. That’s why I’m also happy to offer virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams—so you can still access support and connection from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are.
I do recommend starting with a face-to-face session at Snake Valley to connect in person, however, I know it’s not always easy to take that first step — especially when life feels full, or you’re not sure if counselling is the right fit. That’s why I’ve designed my sessions to feel as natural and supportive as possible.
I offer a few different options — and I’m more than happy to travel to meet you in your area for a Walk-and-Talk session or a Coffee & Chat in nature or a local café, if that feels like a more comfortable starting point than a formal indoor session.
